This collection contains meeting minutes, memoranda, and reports of the College Council and the Dean's Administrative Council of the Graduate School of Education. The Graduate School of Education was formed in 1968 from the State College of Education. The Utah Educational Seminar, founded in 1978, regularly conducted workshops on education related issues in the state. The Center for Educational Practice was established in 1981 in order to strengthen the ties between the University of Utah and schools in the Intermountain West by collaborating in regional research and training activities.
